Lauren Lassiter was born and raised in Washington D.C. She comes from a background of over 10 years in contracts management for the private sector, having worked for such companies as The Washington Post and various pharmaceutical companies. Lauren brings a record of successful contract negotiations under companies such as ExxonMobil and is a natural problem solver. She is constantly exercising a high level of critical thinking to bring successful resolution to complex deals when working with her real estate clients.

Lauren is an alumni of North Carolina A&T State University having earned a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. She also holds a paralegal certification from Georgetown University and has most recently received a certificate of completion in Lean/Six Sigma. Lauren's skills in marketing and contract negotiation makes her well suited to serve real estate sellers and buyers.

Lauren entered the Real Estate world in order to be her own boss, assist people with accomplishing their home-ownership goals and believes in teaching others the importance and value of owning real estate.

Lauren is married and lives in Fort Washington, MD with her spouse and two daughters.
In her free time, Lauren loves to read books and listed to podcasts on entrepreneurship and building wealth, enjoying her husband's cooking and playing dress-up with her two young girls.
